Poor customer service. Excuse for poor quality work. Showed up 2.5 hours early. Spent 20 minutes cleaning 3 bedrooms and a full living room. Did not remove stains/ odors. (Urine smell ) more concerned about spreading the word on vaccine then task at hand. Never will use ever again!!!

This was our first time using Elite Carpet Cleaning and I have to say I’m glad we switched. Shane did an excellent job and really took time to understand where the stains came from. We have had our carpet cleaned many times and the stains always return. This time they didn’t. Thank you for making my carpets last longer.

As advertised. Great professional service from scheduling to completion of the job. We have over the years used several of the larger carpet cleaning companies. Rush in rush out get paid. Complete opposite with Elite Carpet Cleaning Company. We firmly believe in supporting local businesses when possible. Shane was impressive from the start. Truly customercentric and detail oriented. It's noticed and appreciated! Thank you for the great service. We will be scheduling additional appointments and sharing your information with others. Thank you
